These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mata Ubud Adventures website and the booking of our activities. By using this site or booking a tour, you agree to these terms.
Bookings are made through WhatsApp and are confirmed once we reply with an available schedule. Prices shown on this website are per person in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may be updated from time to time. The price confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of booking applies.
No online payment is taken through this website. Payment is made directly to our team, in cash or by transfer, on the day of your activity unless otherwise agreed.
Adventure activities carry inherent risks. You must follow all safety briefings and guide instructions. We reserve the right to refuse participation where safety, weather, health, or intoxication is a concern. Participants take part at their own responsibility within the provided insurance coverage.
If weather or river conditions make an activity unsafe, we may reschedule or offer an alternative. Please let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp if your plans change.
To the extent permitted by law, Mata Ubud Adventures is not liable for loss or injury arising from failure to follow safety instructions or from personal belongings brought on tours. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.
